Time is of the essence. To us, "Clean" means more than just removing weeds—it means resolving a critical environmental hazard. Currently, crime, drug use, and conservation zoning violations are prevalent, while illegal structures sit in the tsunami inundation zone awaiting the next disaster.
The threats run deep: active cesspools are contaminating the water table, near-shore ocean bacteria counts are dangerously high, and invasive Coqui frogs are on the brink of expanding into our central valley.

Nā Maka o Māliko is a 501(c)(4) non-profit organization. This status allows us to advocate directly for legislative and policy changes to protect this wahi pana.
